Currently working as the Director of Proposal for NCS Technologies, Inc. My career began as an Executive Assistant turned Production Assistant. From there, I worked as a proposal consultant for just under 13 years with both small and large business clients in roles such as Resume Writer, Proposal Coordinator/Manager, and Editor. From there, joined CACI, Inc.-FEDERAL as the manager of the proposal coordination team (approx. 15 people) and the Compliance Lead. Achieved the CF APMP certification and will achieve the next level this year.
